The striking focal point within the Farmhouse is the double-sided fireplace, crafted from natural stone and radiates warmth and charm, seamlessly connecting living spaces with its dual-sided design.
Inside the cosy snug you will find:

• 55″ OLED Smart TV with access to the internet,
• Netflix and Spotify. HDMI cable also supplied.

For those looking to unwind and soak up the breath-taking views of Devon’s rolling hills, where nature’s beauty unfolds right before you, you will find comfortable armchairs and sofas in the light filled sun room, designed for ultimate relaxation.

A rustic oak dining table with a seating capacity of 20 can also be found in the Sun Rooms, allowing Guests to soak up incredible views whilst dining.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, ideal for those with mobility issues. Bedroom 1 & 2 both sleeps 3 guests via 1 king size bed and 1 single bed.

On the first floor you will find an additional 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 sleeps 5 guests via 1 king size bed and 3 single beds. Bedrooms 4 & 5 both sleep 3 guests via 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 6 sleeps 3 via 3 single beds.
