We love welcoming our many guests that return to Spreacombe year after year
Relaxing – some guests take a cottage to wind down, enjoy walking, relaxing and bird watching; we have our own entrance to RSPB Chapel Wood.
Experiences – Active families enjoy surfing, sea fishing, cycling on the off road Tarka Trail and beach games. We love the fact that we have so many long sandy beaches just a few minutes drive away (beaches near to Spreacombe)
Walking Holidays – We find that many of our guests love walking and nature. We are delighted when our guests love our private woodland walks as much as we do. We have a couple of ponds, private trails and connect to the RSPB Chapel Wood. Once off the estate, there are a multitude of exceptional local walks following the cliff paths and beaches. Spreacombe Walks
Larger Groups – With 6 cottages and our old barn function room we can accommodate a larger group holiday. Guests enjoy spending time together with the privacy of their own “home”.

If you venture out, the nearby villages of Mortehoe, Woolacombe and Ilfracombe are all very different; Damien Hirst’s statue Verity stands proud in the Ilfracombe harbour area watching the sea fishing trips leave, Mortehoe boasts some stunning views from the cliff paths and two excellent pubs for post walk refreshments and Woolacombe was named Best UK Beach in a recent survey. Lundy Island is worth a trip for nature lovers and golfers will find courses in the area to suit every standard.
Back at home, our guests are welcome to walk around our woodland / take the trail across Mill Meadow to our ponds or just to stay in the cottage precincts enjoying our quiet lawned area.
